My experience was subpar due to the lack of accessibility. Navigating the hotel was cumbersome as there were multiple locks and stairs to manage just to get to my room. Additionally, I felt a glaring lack of privacy, as I had to hand over my room key every time I left, making my stay uncomfortable and intrusive.

The location couldn’t be any better, as it’s just a short walk to both the stunning Piazza del Plebiscito and the famous Castel Nuovo, making it a perfect base for exploring the city. plus, the staff were extremely friendly and quick to offer tips on nearby cafes and landmarks that enriched my stay.

I was almost ready to give this hotel a good review, but three door locks that I had to ring three times? That's a real inconvenience. I also received a dinky double room instead of the triple I booked. For 110 € a night, I expected at least a complimentary drink for my troubles. Disappointing, to say the least.

The jacuzzi was broken, but the room was pretty comfy.

My wife says that the air conditioning didn’t work, and the jacuzzi leaked. It would be great if they had a reliable cooling system.
